Providing Atlantic Canadians a legal option for online gaming

You’ve seen ads for them all over the internet and each evening when you’re watching television, especially sporting events – the thousands of illegal gambling websites that are readily available across the country and right here in Atlantic Canada. In fact, an estimated $100 million leaves the four Atlantic provinces each and every year through play on these illegal gambling websites that are not regulated by provincial governments.

Finding connection through community support

Supporting our local communities is exactly why Atlantic Lottery exists. As President and CEO, I am immensely proud of the way our organization gives back to help build a stronger region.
It’s been a tough couple of years for community organizations and Atlantic Canadian residents with the COVID-19 pandemic and related shutdowns.

RG Check? Check! Another responsible gambling recognition for AL

Responsible gambling (RG) is one of Atlantic Lottery’s core values. It is woven into the fabric of every game, program, practice and advertisement we offer to players.
We have previously talked about the Level 4 Recertification AL achieved under the World Lottery Association’s Responsible Gaming Framework in recognition of these efforts.
